Service Description
Butoh is an avant-garde Japanese dance form that is about pure expression coming out from the depths of your imagination. In this session we will explore the essence of creativity through somatic expression. We will use guided imagery for you to go deep into your own creativity. This class is in person only and feel free to bring a friend! Alenka is a third generation Butoh dancer who has traveled the world as a professional dancer.
