Service Description

Whether you are suffering from a chronic illness, need a pain management plan or wanting to learn more about your constitution and what herbs will work best for you, Alenka, the founder of Stolas Botanicals and co-founder of Frux Farm, will guide you into greater health and well-being. Alenka combines her passions in fresh ways that complement the varied healing modalities to assist you in a truly holistic manner. Alenka is a clinical herbalist, somatic movement practitioner and astrologer who accesses natural wisdom to assist in helping others grow, change and evolve. She taps into your physical needs, listens into what your body needs to feel supported, including specific herbs for your constitution, food choices, somatic movement, and daily practices, to become aware of the needs of your body and what you need to feel supported everyday. This session also includes one herbal tea, tincture or oil to support your journey of better health. This is a one hour session. Alenka grows all the herbs for her tinctures and oils on the farm, harvesting with the planetary cycles. Herbal preparations are not included in the session.
